Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Welma website. Your organisation's use of the Welma platform itself is governed by a separate written service agreement with Welma.

About these terms
This website is operated by Welma, an independent care management platform for Ofsted-regulated children’s residential homes in the United Kingdom. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You agree to use this website lawfully and, in particular, not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related systems.
- Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation.
- Copy, scrape or reproduce content except as allowed below.
The platform is governed separately
Access to and use of the Welma platform, including all care records and data within it, is provided under a separate service agreement between Welma and the organisation that subscribes to it. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or creates any right to use the platform. Where these terms and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement takes precedence for platform use.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design, graphics, the Welma name and branding, belongs to Welma or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reuse them commercially without our permission.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we provide it for general information only. Product capabilities described here may change as the platform develops, and nothing on this site is a warranty or a binding offer. For anything you intend to rely on, please confirm it with us directly.
Links to other sites
This website may link to third-party sites we do not control. We include those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
