More consistency across homes. Less admin cost.
Save time from the support worker’s first note to the director’s review. Shared recording and summary structures reduce repeated admin, help control its staff-time cost and support a more consistent approach to care quality.

- Shared ways of working
- Home-scoped access
- Clear organisation pricing
Keep the group and each home in view.
See the wider picture, then open the detail.
Give directors and authorised leaders a shared view of their homes. Spend less time chasing reports and assembling updates, reducing the time cost of oversight. Use the records and trends to support managers and ask better questions about care quality.
- Switch between homes you are authorised to access
- Compare recording coverage and trends
- Follow a concern back to the home and its records
Make good routines easier to share.
Give teams a familiar way to record, check and hand over.
Bring the shift’s recorded activity, outstanding tasks and things to watch into one place. The next team can get their bearings, then ask about anything that needs a conversation.
- A view of recent care and shift activity
- Outstanding checks and tasks made visible
- Context that stays with the child’s record
Keep accountability as you grow.
Keep access, authorship and changes visible.
Bring together the relevant records for a child and period, with staff attribution and a history of changes. That gives a manager, reviewer or visitor a clearer starting point for their questions.
- Named authors and timestamps
- Changes kept visible in the audit trail
- Care records and supporting evidence together
A clear path from first look to first shift.

Your questions, answered.
The practical details, before you decide.
Can we roll out in stages?
We can plan a rollout around your organisation. Discuss a first home, the records to bring across, team training and the checks needed before expanding.
How is a group priced?
Your organisation pays £400 per month, including two homes. Each additional home is £100 per month, with a £299 one-time onboarding fee. See the pricing page for the breakdown.
How would we get started?
We start with your homes, records and current ways of working. Together we agree the setup, data import, training and rollout plan, including what your team needs to review before going live.
How much staff time could Welma save?
Our working estimate is around 70% less time on routine documentation and reporting. Actual savings vary by role, task and workflow. Compare a typical task, including accuracy checks and sign-off, with your current process during a walkthrough.
Let’s make room for more care.
Bring a typical summary or reporting task. We’ll show how more consistent records can save staff time, reduce repeated admin costs and give your team more room to focus on care.
